missingWrote a review on 02 Decclean roomsstunning viewssmell issue
Rooms exhibit a decent level of cleanliness, which keeps the atmosphere pleasant. The mountain setting offers stunning views, immersing you in a peaceful escape.
The absence of a fridge in the room limits convenience for storing snacks or drinks. A strong oil smell permeated the stairway, detracting from the otherwise nice environment. Limited bedding options—just one pillow per guest—made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Additionally, opening windows invites church bells to ring through the night, which may disrupt lighter sleepers.

the hot water was out the first day, truly an inconvenience. Upon arrival, staff barely acknowledged me with a rushed check-in, absolutely not the royal treatment i expected. I mean, is it too much to ask for a nicer room after that? All in all, i almost had something nice to say, but just couldn't.

Room had nice features like a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and hardwood floors. Super comfy bed! Spa facilities were great for relaxing. The private bathroom had great amenities. They provide towels and body soap. The staff were super helpful. The location was ideal too—really near the Gemsstock lift!

I stayed in a Budget Single Room, Annex for 1 night, and it was cozy! The bed was super comfy, really helped me rest up. There were plenty of sockets for charging all my gadgets. Also loved the local breakfast, especially the freshly baked bread. The room was clean too, and the decor had that classic Swiss charm. Just a heads up, it’d be nice to have a fridge for snacks, and it felt a bit small.

Great choice at breakfast with options like eggs to fuel a day on the slopes. The suite was perfect for our group of five and located just a short walk from the Gemsstock lift. Staff offered helpful suggestions for local dining, enhancing our experience. The hotel’s beautiful, recently renovated rooms were nicely decorated and featured comfortable beds, making our stay enjoyable.
Dinner options were a bit disappointing compared to breakfast.
